On-Site Service

Datablitz offers on-site service at your home or business. We can offer the following services.

  • Windows
  • Mac
  • Linux/Unix
  • Networking
  • Software support
  • Hardware support
  • Malware detection, removal, and prevention
  • Training

General services are charged at a rate of $50 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Additional time is rounded up to the nearest half hour. Drive times of more than an hour require an additional $10 travel charge.

Some simple services, such as memory installation may be charged at a flat rate. If the only service being performed on a visit is a flat rate service, a $10 travel charge will be added to the bill.

Work will be performed on-site whenever possible. If the service will require several hours or special tools, or if you Internet connection is insufficient for the service that is necessary, the computer may be taken for service and returned when the service is complete.
